Who we are
This website (www.brahvex.com) and the Brahvex platform (app.brahvex.com) are operated by Vayura Global Ventures LLP, 55 Lane-2 Westend Marg Saket New Delhi 110030 ("Brahvex", "we"). Contact: contact@brahvex.com.
Two different roles
This website. For information you give us on this website (for example a demo request), we decide why and how it is used.
The Brahvex platform. Our customers upload and manage audit data, which may include personal data of their employees, vendors and customers. For that data, the customer decides the purpose and means of processing (they are the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), and we process it only on their instructions and under our agreement with them.
What we collect on this website
- Details you send in a demo request or e-mail: name, work e-mail, organisation, role, phone number and your message.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, arrange a demo and discuss a subscription.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Platform data
Data in the Brahvex platform is visible only to the customer's own users. It is encrypted with a key belonging to that customer. Our staff can access it only if the customer's administrator grants support access. Speech-to-text and text polishing run on our servers; recordings are not stored and data is not sent to third-party AI services.
Retention
We keep website enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to [period] afterwards unless you ask us to delete them. Platform data is kept for the duration of the customer's subscription and deleted afterwards as set out in our agreement with the customer.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to contact@brahvex.com. If your data is held in a customer's Brahvex platform, please contact that organisation; we will help them respond.
